Best of the Blues Brothers é o quarto e último Blues Brothers "álbum lançado antes da morte de John Belushi, em 1982.

É uma compilação do álbum lançado pela Atlantic Records em 30 de novembro de 1981. Juntamente com as três primeiras faixas de álbuns, Briefcase Full of Blues, The Blues Brothers: Música da trilha sonora e Made in America, que inclui inéditas versões ao vivo de "Everybody Needs Somebody to Love", "Rubber Biscuit" e "Expressway to Your Heart ".
